to Healing


Hello and Namaste Everyone, my name is Susie. As a sound healing therapist and yoga instructor, I have had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of these ancient practices in the lives of countless individuals. My journey has not been without its share of challenges, but it is through these difficulties that I have found strength and resilience.

Throughout my life, I have faced numerous difficulties and challenges that have tested my resilience. These experiences created a strong desire within me to find inner peace and live a more fulfilling life. I began exploring different holistic modalities and discovered the profound benefits of Yoga, Meditation and Tibetan Sound Healing therapy.

Inspired by a desire for inner peace and healing, I embarked on a transformative journey to practice yoga, Meditation and Tibetan therapy leaving my Job. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and have equipped me with a diverse range of tools to guide others on their own path to wellness. The practice provided me with a sense of grounding, balance, and inner strength.

Today, I am grateful to be able to share my knowledge and passion for sound healing therapy , yoga and Yog Nidra meditation helping others find solace and relaxation in their lives”. Ultimately, my inspiration to practice yoga and Tibetan sound healing therapy stemmed from profound longing for personal growth, healing, and a genuine desire to share the wisdom and benefits of these practices with others.
